2 pounds hamburger
1 /2 chopped onion
10 chopped green chiles roasted and peeled
A little bit of olive oil
Garnish: cotija cheese broken up, cilantro chopped, chopped tomato.
Heat pan, add a small amount of oil, about a teaspoon, add onions and cook a bit. Add hamburger and brown on medium to medium high heat. When meat is cooked lower heat and add chopped chiles. Do not drain grease. Put a lid on it a cook. This can be done in less than thirty minutes or you can cook it for a few hours to let the flavors blend.
When meat is ready heat tortillas, place meat inside garnish with your favorite add ons, roll up and eat.
