Worlds best Mac and cheese

I might be a little prejudice here but our Mac and cheese comes out pretty darn good. So good I could eat just that and nothing else for dinner. 

  • Elbow noodles 1 1/2 cup hard pasta 
  • 1 cup American cheese hunked or grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese hunked or grated
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 triangles of laughing cow spicy pepper jack unwrapped

Cook pasta according to directions. In a good size pan put cream and butter in and heat on low. As the cream starts to heat up add the cheese and stir every now and then. This will take some time, low heat is the key. Make sure it is all the way melted before you add pasta. 

After pasta is cooked (do not over cook) drain water off and add to melted cheese. Stir gently until coated. Serve warm

This makes enough for 4-6 depending on serving size.
