Chicken marcella

Hi there, if you look at the recipe just posted you can do the same thing with chicken. Just take a few chicken boobs, slice them in half so they become thinner, not smaller. Pound the chicken slightly so they are fairly thin. 

Cook the same way as the veal and add everything else accordly.
